Refund Policy

Any unworn resaleable item purchased from our website may be refunded providing that you request this within 16 days from the date on the despatch note email.

To request a refund:

  1. Sign in to your account and select the Orders option.
  1. Select ‘RETURN ITEM(S)’ for the item you wish to return.
  1. Please select the return reason option, the return action option and advise the reason for the return in the comments box.
  1. Instructions on how to return the item will be emailed to you within the next 24 hours.

Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of postage if you choose to return an item for a refund.

Any amount due will be refunded back onto the debit/credit card originally used. Please allow up to 7 working days for this process to complete.

In the event that we do not receive your returned item, we will not be able to offer a refund.  We therefore recommend that you obtain a Proof of Postage receipt and relevant insurance on the postage method selected.


Pierced Jewellery

In the interest of hygiene and for your protection, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our Refund policy.

Personalised Jewellery

We are unable to offer a refund on a personalised jewellery order.  This means that we cannot provide a refund on any item that has been specially altered, sized or personalised in any way.  This includes rings.
